Been cooking most of the day.
Enjoyed dinner immensely! Lamb stew filled with untraditional flavors. Course ground mustard, maple syrup, Worchestershire sauce, ginger, garlic, tangerines, dried cranberries, Yukon gold potatoes and spinach. All I can say is YUM!!!! I knocked Daddy’s socks off!!!!
Sweet tooth kicked in so I just made a batch of tapioca pudding. I used cinnamon sugar and vanilla almond mild. Chomping at the bit for it to set so I can have a bowl.

I’am famished !! Great recipe 👍

It thrills me that you love a good tapioca pudding. I get a lot of backtalk on my blog for loving it. Not that it stops me at all, but still… 😉

I don’t get how anyone doesn’t like tapioca?! My husband hates it. This batch didn’t come out very well. I got impatient and turned the heat up so it boiled faster… the egg didn’t incorporate right. Little chunks of egg in my pudding. *sigh* Next time I’ll start it earlier when I don’t have other stuff going on.

I fixed butterscotch pudding, the kind you have to stir til it boils. J likes butterscotch pudding.

Me, too! Yeah, the tapioca was made from the little box of hard tapioca pearls totally from scratch. Wasn’t my biggest success. lol I was rushed and lazy.
