Today began with a morning spent out with Daddy. ♥ Errands… the bank, a little shopping and a quick breakfast at our favorite bagel shop at my suggestion. i tried a new one. Yummy! Cinnamon Sugar Bagels are the bomb! 😉 We didn’t have a huge outing together, but it was fun and felt like a date. In my thinking, a date is time spent together which is intentionally shared and fun. i’m the first to admit i’m a cheap date! 😉 lmao
Dropped Daddy off at work followed with me spending some quality time doing “me”. Window shopping, people watching, a little retail therapy finished with grocery shopping on the way home.
As i type, my hair is loaded with hair dye nearly ready to be rinsed. 😉 When it’s finished, i’ll start the process of facial scrubs, masks and deep moisturizers. The end result may be looking fab, but honestly… it’s more about taking the time to pamper myself and allow myself the time to relax and take care of my body.
In a few hours, i’ll go pick Daddy up from work. He asked specifically that i wear my new shoes (above) and the ears. 🙂 Have yourselves a lovely Saturday. i’m off to relax and finish up my beauty routine. ♥

Thanks!!! 😀 I just finished washing out my hair. It’s not pretty. 🙂 Moving into a caramel blondish/brown instead of red. I have to keep some red/copper tones because of my natural color. lol OMG! I got those shoes at Ross for $16. No joke… $16!!! The kitty ears were $4. Such fun for $20 😀 Doing little on the cheap. ♥ How’s your weekend?

Wow! That’s a bargain!! Color me impressed! 🙂 My weekend is going well. Though I wish this heat would cool it already lol. Been busy settling in on the farm and writing posts galore. Trying to get a few more in before it’s homeschool teaching time again on Monday. ❤ 😉

The heat is killing us over here! We’re almost an hour inland, so it’s been almost triple digits here. No A/C. Ugh! Autumn is almost here. Stephen’s first Indian Summer in California. lol To Him, Indian Summer is in the 60’s. 😉 About to start dinner so I can feed Him when He gets home from work. ♥
