Blogging Faux Pas

As I wrapped up my day yesterday, I wrote a post which was following suit with my friend, Mrs. Wolfie @ . She’d written a very inspiring post about giving up her writing challenges and returning to what she created her blog for. As the hours passed and her words sank in more fully, I thought she was right on track and I would like to do the same. Unfortunately when I wrote my post I didn’t credit her with the idea and it aligned very closely with hers. Plagiarism is something to be taken very seriously. My intent was not to steal her idea, though my action did otherwise. I’m fond of the saying, “Good intentions pave the way to Hell”.

A public apology and admission of my wrong doing is more than appropriate on this matter. I’m deeply sorry for taking your idea without crediting you with it or at minimum, asking your permission.
